When modifying an old event to create a new event Outlook sends out
"Cancellation" notices to the addresses that were deleted. Please fix this.
The second the date is changed it becomes a new event which does not
automatically constitute the changing or cancellation of a preexisting event.
At the very least there should be a check box for whether the user wants any
cancellation notices sent out.
