Is there a way to cancel return receipts for meeting invites? I don't want to
get 100+ returns from people. Is there a way to turn this off? I have Outlook
2003

Easy as pie! In the meeting invite, just go to the Actions menu and uncheck
Request Responses.

That's all you need, but, doing this, keep in mind that you won't know who
accepted/declined/tenative...d the meeting (iirc).

At an old company I worked for, we had visiting speakers come in and they'd
uncheck the option just for the reason you're stating.

when i accept an appt invitation and use "add to calendar", the appt posts to
the msn calendar even though i have windows live calendar open. as such the
appt will not be shared via outlook connector. is there a solutuoin >?
