Outlook - Bussiness Contact Manger - problem connectingto database

I've followed the help instructions for XP pro and BMCUsers now includes my
login (which is a member of the local Administrators group.
Reboots have not solved problem. Any suggestions?

I suggest strongly that for great help with this (I can do it but don't want to in here) you take this to either the outlook group, the outlook general group or the outlook buisness contact manager group. All you have to do is put the outlook term in search.
