Outlook Business Contacts corrupted

When I try to add a new account, I get the usual dialog, but when I save, it
says "The File As field for this contact is empty..." Of course there is no
File As field for a Business Account and this is when I have supplied an
Account Name. If I tell it to save anyway, it saves without the Account Name.

Also, now if I open any of the existing accounts, the account history pane
shows all emails whether or not they are associated with an account. It
appears to have lost its ability to sort these by account.

Is there a fix?

This is probably a forms cache problem. Try Tools -> Options -> Other ->
Advanced Options -> Custom Forms -> Manage Forms -> Clear Cache

I am having the same problem paulmasri mentions. I did the "Clear Cache" and
that made no differance. I even uninstalled BCM and reinstalled it. Still
have the problem. Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks,
dmacy

Is the Business Tools Menu Present? Also, if you open an existing Account or
Business Contact, how many tabs are present on the form? If there are more
than the two used by BCM, then the add-in is probably not loading.
Go to Help > About > Microsoft Office Outlook and check Disabled Items and
see if BCM is listed

Yes, Larry, BCM had been disabled. I re-enabled it and now things are
working. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I've cleared my cashe, re-enabled BCM, and cleared my cashe again and things
still don't work. I can save files just without an account name, thus they
don't alphabetize. I only have the two tabs I'm supposed to when I open a
contact.
