Outlook Business Contact Manager

Has anyone ever gotten the Business Contact Mananger to
work with an SBS Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003.

I have gone thru Technet articles KB829748 and KB831747
but nothing seems to work. I have other profiles that do
not contain the Exchange Server Service and the Business
Contact Manager works fine.

I don't know if this applies, but I was looking over the
system requirements for BCM on Office 2003 Professional:
"note: Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003 will be
disabled in the presence of a Microsoft Exchange-
technologies-based e-mail system"
