Does anybody knows in which directory Outlook Business
Contact Manager data is storing? How another person can
access this data from his computer?

BCM works differently than Outlook (although from the outside it looks
to be integrated). Data is stored in a MSDE (a version of SQL Server
database) databae dedicated to BCM. It is a single-user application.

FYI, see the new newsgroup microsoft.public.outlook.bcm for BCM discussion.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

It installs a thing called the "Microsoft Data Engine" this is another name
for a 5-user version of SQL server 2000, but without any user interface or
control access.
Outlook Business Contact Manager stores all it's data in that database, and
is specifically designed so that:
1. the database must be on your PC.
2. only one user can use it (ie YOU).
