My customer sent three files as an attachment to an
email. I was able to save two of the files but Outlook
posted an info message stating Outlook blocked access to
the third file named Autoexec.bat. I need the file. How
can I access it? My customer does not know how to copy
and rename the file to work around the file extension.

However, note that as a lot of the admins who run mail servers and firewalls
are starting to block exe and other potentially dangerous file types (for
good reason), you should ask senders to zip the files before sending them to
you. That isn't 100% surefire as many servers can detect the presence of
unauthorized file types within zip files, but it should help.
