Outlook BCManager max 65000 contacts???

I haven't seen that documented anywhere (let me know if you have, and
where), but it wouldn't surprise me. 65k is the maximum for a single
Personal Folders .pst file folder, and while BCM doesn't use a .pst file,
the data store that it is using may be based on .pst technology.
