Your Outlook Business Account Manger sucks! I have lost all of my contacts
on a "perscribed" upgrade. Before that the functionality sucked even worse.
I have been a MSFT advocate having never really had any difficulties with the
products unlike so many other users. But this is horrible. You all should
be embarrassed. It obviously is not something you all are too interented in.
However, from a consumer standpoint, I was most excited to see the BCM as
part of my Outlook, which I do like. BCM is out, ACT is in. I would not
recommend BCM to anyone, in fact I would and will recommend to everyone
appropriate to not waste their time on the program.

Did you attempt to install BCM 2003 V1, BCM 2003 V2 Update, or BCM V2 Update
Service Pack 3, or BCM 2007?

Your data is probably still there and we can help you recover it.
