Outlook Backup

I have been using Microsoft Outlook Backup successfully
for about 1 month and suddenly not all of the 3 .pst files
are available to be backed up - not visible under the
Backup Files section of the dialog box. Can someone tell
me how to make all 3 files available for backup? I have
not moved, renamed, altered, etc. the .pst files in any
way so I'm not sure what caused the change.
 
Try recreating (do not copy) your mail profile. Control Panel-> Mail->
button Show Profiles...
