B Bill R MVP Sep 20, 2005 #2 Is the add-in enabled? Check in tools | Options | Other Tab ... Advanced Options button | Com Add-ins. If it isn't enabled then enable it. If it doesn't exist you might need to reinstall it.

Did you stop and restart Outlook after installing it? Does it appear when you click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>?COM Add-Ins?
