Hi,
I work for a small business in growth stages, who need shared access to e-mails. At this stage we can't afford MS Exchange Server & licenses, so can't set-up public folders.
Currently, to allow shared access to e-mails we have to save each e-mail in the relevant standard folder on the network and type the date into the file name so it can be identified. As you can imagine this is very time consuming with many e-mails. Is it possible to have the subject field on inbound e-mails automatically amended to include the date at the start so this is included when it is saved, and can these mails be automatically copied to a folder on the network?
I'm in learning stages of VBA, but desperate for a more efficient solution.
Any other suggestions on other ways round this would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
