Hi all,
I'm having another Outlook 2000 problem. When a user
attempts to close a message in their Inbox, the message
is automatically deleted, not sent to the Deleted Items
container, but deleted completely. Also happens when user
attempts to print email message. It mysteriously
diappears. I checked all the settings in Outlook and
everything seems set at default. As a temporary
workaround, I created a .pst file mapped to a network
drive in user's home directory, and set all new incoming
mail to bypass the mailbox and go to the newly created
Personal Folder. Any idea why mail is being deleted out
of user's mailbox?
Thanks again,
Marty W.
