You need to have it enabled as well in Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> buton
AutoArchive...
Second check the AutoArchive folder settings. Rightclick on a folder and
choose Properties-> tab AutoArchive to view it's settings.
Also check your archive file for errors by running scanpst.exe to make sure
it isn't damaged.
