Outlook Auto-reply

I would like to have an auto-reply, or "away message" for
emails that I recieve but do not have a chance to reply to
because I am out of town or gone for the weekend.
If there is such a thing, I'd appreciate any help.
 
When you are in your In-Box, go to Tools, then Out of the
Office Assistant. You can personalize your message, create
rules, turn off and on as needed.

I don't this works unless your mail client is configured as a
Corporate or Workgroup client.

Only if the OP is connected to an Exchange server. Otherwise, search for
"Emulate the Out of Office Assistant" in the Micrososft Knowledgebase.
