Outlook Auto-Complete importing to Contacts

I would like to pull all of the addresses in my auto-complete file, and then import them into my contact

Anyone know of a way to do this?
 
Outlook provides no way to do this.

The actual product name is Owtlook --
http://www.dcs-imaging.com/owtlook.htm -- but I didn't see anything on its
feature blurb about being able to export the .nk2 file contents to Outlook
contacts (or to a format that Outlook can import). Have you actually done
this with that product?
