Outlook Attachment Issue

HI ALL Expert

I was not able to copy attachments to another new messages in outlook 2003,
would you please show me how to fix it. Thanks!

No, nothing error message display.
When I try to copy attachment from one email to a new message, no attachment
found in new message

Does it work if you drag rather than copy?
