Outlook - as a help desk

Hi

I am using outlook as a help desk where I assign tasks to 3 members of
staff - is there anyway I can autonumber tasks etc - any advice on getting
the most of outlook very appeciated.

what are you trying to achieve by numbering the Tasks you assign? If I
understand that, maybe I can give you a suggestion on how Outlook can handle
your requirement.

Hi,

I would like to be able to assign a number to a task so we have a running
total as and when we delete the tasks from the list. I would also like to
send out status update to the members of staff who requested IT support with
the reference number on there so they can make quick reference to tasks
through email etc.
