I work for an accounting firm and we send out hundreds of appointment letters to all of our clients for their tax appointments with us. These appointments are all in the Outlook calendar (this is the first year we will be using Outlook for our calendaring). Is there a way to create the appointment letter in Word and have it "pull in" the appropriate data into the appropriate places into the letter? Example:

Dear (use name from appointment in Outlook calendar),

Your appointment is on (date from appointment in Outlook) at (time of appointment from Outlook).....

Thank you,

Kerry

Yes, it can be done using VBA code to push data into a Word document, preferably one based on a template with form fields at book marks. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customprint.htm
