We have exchange 2003. My users run win2 og winxp and outlook 2003.

I have a specified user, when she create a new meeting with a specified
group (individually or the hole group), Outlook sends out invitations, but it
sends 1 more invitation out too a user, who don't exist any more.
The deleted user isen't shown in the invite list in the appointment and we
can't see the invitation in the sent items. But I can see it in the mmc. And
my user gets a undelivery mail.

Anyone who can resolve this problem ???

Perhaps the non-existent user is still a member of a Distribution List? If
you try creating a meeting request to the DL and then expand it before
sending, does it still show the user?

Or is set as a delegate for one of the other recipients?

It still sounds almost certainly like a delegate problem. You may want to use MFCMAPI or Outlook Spy to examine each mailbox for the hidden rule that manages delegates. An easy way to narrow it down would be to send a meeting request to each member of the group individually and see which results in the extra invitation.

Hej Sue

I have looked at that, but it looks allright.
