Outlook Appointments shows as falsely tentative

I'm able to see other people's calendars. One colleague had accepted an
internal appointment, appears as busy on his calendar from his Outlook, but
appears as tentative when looking into his calendar via my Outlook. Tried
/cleanfreebusy command on both PCs, which normally does the trick - but not
this time. Any ideas on resolution?

Can you tell us your version(s) of Outlook? Same on both systems?

Any add-ins running?

Hi Judy, Both versions are 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3. Two add-ins are running,
Cisco ViewMail 4.2 and Enterprise Vault 6.0.3.8000). We can't replicate the
problem elsewhere using the same versions.
