Last week--for no discernable reason--my Outlook 2K3 reminders
for both appointments stopped appearing.

When I open Outlook, I get the following message:

"There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders.
Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate recurrance
information for this appointment."

There *is* no recurrance information for most of the
appointments or tasks.

Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how to
resolve it?

Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanReminders" switch. The
link below will give you the instructions on how to use it.

OL2002: Additional Command-Line Switches

/CleanReminders Cleans and regenerates reminders.

I would also use the ".../CleanFreeBusy" for good measure:

/CleanFreeBusy Cleans and regenerates free/busy information.

Ive done them both and still have the error -- is there any way to easily
delete the appointments and resync them with a palm or some other
appointment "backup"?

When I try to follow the instructions, it gives me the error:

"Windows cannot find 'c:\program'. Make sure you typed the name correctly
then try it again."

I tried going into command line mode, going to the subdir and executing it
there. It seemed to work OK, but I'm still getting errors after trying both
your suggestions...

Are you using the RUN command?
