Outlook and timezones

Outlook has changed the birthdates of some of my contacts to a day earlier.
I haven't checked them all, so I don't know if it is consistant.

I think it has to do with the birthdates being entered when I was in Europe
with the timezone set to GMT+1 using Office '05. It seems that when I
changed the timezone on my computer to GMT-7 and upgraded to Office '07. The
birthdates in my contacts were changed to a day earlier.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Normal. All-day events run from midnight to midnight in the time zone
Outlook was using when you entered them.
