I have a customer that is using Windows2000 as the OS and
Outlook [2000 Small Business] as their email client.
Occationally they email a client an attachment. In this
case 650Kb. The client says they didn't get it. This is
becoming more than intermittant. I have already verified
user security and server limitations; which are fine. Do
you have any idea as to a SP would help or re-loading the
Office software do any good?

Thanks for any assistance.

What kind of attachment are they sending? Is is just one
kind of attachment or many kinds? and is the recipient
recieving the email at all, or just not the attachemnt?
Outlook specifies certain file types at type one
attachements where it decides that that type of file is
dangerous and won't make it available to the user.

The client is getting the email but not the attachment.
My co-worker is sending a .DWG (Autodesk drawing). As for
virus software, yes my server does block potentially
dangerous attachments but this just started happening two
days ago; nothing was changed on the servers.
