Outlook and SBS 2008 issues

I have a user that has a 2.8gb mailbox on an SBS 2008 server. I've
set the user mailbox limit to 30GB and the default in Exchange is set
at 19GB, but the account comes up and says mailbox is full. Where do
I start looking?

What version of Outlook? Are you using Cached Exchange mode?
