Outlook and rx 5965 HP Travel Companion

HP iPAQ rx5965 Travel Companion, Windows Mobile 5.0

In rx5965 Outlook "sent folder", the name of sender is displayed. I would
like to change the "from" to "receiver's" name.

Can someone tell me whether it is possible to change the "from" field to
"receiver's name" instead?
