Outlook and Roaming profiles

Hello all,
I have people that move from workstation to workstation. I
have them set up with a roaming profile. Is there a way to
have the mail follow the profile? I'm using Outlook 2003
and when I load the program it defaults to the C: drive of
the machine. Is there a way load Outlook to the profile on
the network?
