I was given a new user name to go with our new domain. I was told to use the import/export function to move my email, contacts, and calendar to my new id. That hasn't worked yet. I'm only getting the personal folder names, not the items contained within. Please help! I have hundreds of appointments set, and need to move them to the right domain.
Thanks.

Not sure what you're talking about here - are you using Exchange server now,
or are you using a different Internet e-mail account, or are you saying
you're now on a domain instead of a workgroup, and are trying to get your
old PST file data into your new mail profile within your new Windows
profile?

If the latter - find the PST file, and with Outlook closed, put it in the
folder you wish. Then search for *.pst, find the 'new' PST file that was
created when the new mail profile was created, and either delete it (if it's
empty) or rename it. Then open Outlook - when it complains it can't find the
PST file, point it at the location where your "real" PST file is.
