Outlook and Exchange configuration

I'm hoping someone out here has heard of this.

I've been told that it's possible to have outlook's configuration controlled
via GPO that would configure any user when using outlook for the first time
to not be prompted by a wizard but to be configured to use a specific
exchange server etcetera straight away.

Has anyone heard of this, and if so, can you point me in the right direction
to make this happen?
