Hi

I Have Outlook 2002 SP-2 installed on my PC.
I runs against a exchange server.

When I type a person in the "to field" outlook auto tells my some to choose
from.

But not all from my adress book.

i.e. I have a contact named Michael Something
Besides that I have 2 other Michaels.

When I start typing Michael i sugests the 2 other Michaels, and a 3. one,
which I doens't have in my contact list (one I once send a mail to).
But Michael Something isn't there.

Anyone knows why ?

Michael

Outlook is using your autocompletion cache created from messages you have
already sent.

Mine doesn't !

I have just tried sending a mail to the Michael that doesn't come up.

He still doesn't come up !

You're losing me.
First you were asking about seeing a recipient who wasn't in your address
book.
Now you're asking about not seeing one who is.
Could you clarify?

Sorry.

Lets say I have 3 contacts in my adress book.

When typing a new message, Outlook only sugests 2 of them eventhough all 3
should be there.

And besides that Outlook sugests one more contact which are not in my
contactlist.

So I miss one from my contactlist, but have another one there which should
not be there (AFAIK).

Was this clearer ?

Sort of.
You seem to be confusing autocompletion with autoresolution, both of which
Outlook 2002 will do.
Tell me what you mean by "suggests" and I'll try to figure out the rest.

I would like my outlook to suggest one of my persons in my contact list
which matches what I have typed so far.

If it can suggest some more, that I have send a mail to earlier, but how are
not in my contact list, thats OK, but not a must.
