Environment: Windows Xp Pro SP2 (Italian version) - Avast - MS Office 2003
(MS Office Outlook 11.6359.6408 SP1) (Italian Version) - Zone AlarmPro
I prepared a signature to be used in my new Outlook messages, but whenever I
start a new message the signature appears without images and a message warns
me that the actual protection settings do not allow the execution of ActiveX
controls.
Is there any way to set Outllok (or WinXp or IE) to accept my own material?
Thanks for your help.

Check the security settings, sounds like it is being restricted!

I have a new PC; started with the default setting and had to open all the
fences a day after the other to be able to work: it is a nonsense approach to
the security issue. The controls should be on the source of the action, not
on the action by itself.
How is it possible that Outlook propose you among its functions to create a
signature and than refuses to accept your own creation? Someone has to
rethink all the security issues of Internet Explorer and MS WIndows.

I had to lower the security settings (at this point I really have no more
filtering !!) and also to set Word as the default editor in Outlook to able
to use an image in my signature.... I am not an happy Outlook user anymore.
