Outlook and Access

I have some things in an Access database that I would like
to make available to an outlook calendar. The information
is fairly generic. I.e. "6195542715 line *1122*". Very
simple information. The whole objective is to schedule a
conference and provide the Phone number and line to use.
Having it as selectable item from a menu would eliminate
user entry error. There are about 80 lines to use,
remembering all of them is impossible, making mistakes is
easy but not acceptable. Changes are made to the database
at irregular intervals so the link needs to account for
this.

I any and all for any help or advice you may have
 
Make available to an Outlook calendar *how* and *where*? Sounds like you're
looking at building either a custom form with a combo box loaded from a
database or a COM add-in that does the same thing with a dialog.
