Outlook always finding Exploit-MIME.gen.exe virus

Every time I open Outlook I get a pop up from McAfee
telling me it found a file in my "C:\Documents and
Settings\Sian\Local Settings\Temp" folder which was
infected with the Exploit-MIME.gen.exe virus and that it
had deleted it.

I thought it was somthing to do with my emails, so I
backed up my .pst file and then deleted every email in
Outlook. When I opened it, the same problem occured.

I then opened the Temp folder where McAfee keeps finding
this file and watched the directory as Outlook opened and
in popped a .tmp file, which was promptly deleted by
McAfee. This .tmp file is called McV*.tmp, where the * is
a varying character which changes each time Outlook is
opened.

Anyone know whats going on here?? If there are no emails
in my Outlook, where is this virus being found? And how
do I stop this from happening?
