Outlook Adress Book

Outlook 2007 will not allow me to set Contacts as the default adress book.
Any one have a fix.
 
Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|Add a new directory or address book,
click Next, select "Additional Address Books", click "Next", Select Outlook
Address Book, cilck "Next", and click OK.
