I have an email address entered in my address book but when creating a new
(not reply) email message and entering part of the name in the "To" field a
differenet address comes up for this person. This different address may be
coming from an email this person sent me previously as it is not in my
address book. If I right click on this name and select Properties I get the
message "The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a
valid address book entry". My address book has many entries and this is one
of the few where this problem appears. How do I get it to default to the
address book entries?

Thanks Ray

You need to post more clearly the method by which you are selecting your
recipient. We cannot tell whether you are using autoresolution (which uses
your Contact data) or autocompletion (which uses a list of addresses to
which you've previously sent messages). Or you can figure it out for
yourself by reading this:
http://home.indy.rr.com/russval/autocompletion.htm

The error message may or may not be related but is telling you that you do
not have your Outlook Address Book Service configured correctly. You are
selecting your recipient from a Contacts Folder that is not included in your
Outlook Address Book.

Version and the steps you used to cause the problem would permit a more
specific answer.
