Outlook Addressbook

Hi,
We use Win XP pro and office 2000. An all sets I have th epersonal address
book showing as an option in their Outlook address book. I have one user
however that when I go into the properties of her contact list, then the
outlook address book tab everything is greyed out and I can not put a check
mark so that it will display. She is an administrator. How do I UNgrey the
option?

Add the Outlook Address Book Service to that profile in Tools > Services.
