outlook address don't appear

MS Office pro 2003

(This is only happening on one workstations. All others behave normally)

Address cards do not display the address in Outlook. The addresses are in the contact info and are all marked as mailing addresses. When you go into Word to create an envelope from the address book only the name of the contact appears.

When I go into the view screen all the properties appear to be there. I tried to create a new view with the addresses but they still won't appear. Please help this is the workstation of the person who does all our correspondance.

If I open this profile on another workstation that is working correctly it still doesn't display the information.
 
one more piece of info: when I copied her contacts folder to public folders it works fine. The addresses appear in address card view and the address becomes available to Word. When I copied a different shared contacts (that worked find in Public Folders to her mailbox it lost its ability to see the addresses in address card view and in Word.

However contacts in Public Folders display properly on this workstation and can be used with Word.
