outlook address books

I have two outlook address books; one is a respond (Seminars and Systems) and
would like to sync each individually to my Blackberry Tour smart phone. ( I
don't want to merge them.) Is this possible and if so how do I do it?
 
Outlook does not even have an address book. It uses Contacts Folders.
Whether Blackberry can sync with any but the default Contacts Folder is a
question for Blackberry. It is not an Outlook issue.
