1. Is there a simple way (for the technologically
challenged)to print the outlook contacts on adress labels.

I have Outlook 2000 and Office 2000. Please keep it
simple.

2. Is there a simple way that my wife and I can use
outlook to get our mail. We use the same ISP with
different names ie (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)

Using Outlook 2002 (and I assume 2003) you are able to set up multiple
accounts for sending and receiving mail. When receiving mail you have the
ability to synch with one or both accounts automatically. When sending
mail, one account is the "default" and the other can be selected easily so
that it is sent as if it is "from" the correct person.

Using filters you can fairly readily redirect incoming mail based on the
account it arrived from into different Inbox files. The way I do it is to
set up a filter for "wife" to go to a file named "Inbox - wife" and a filter
for "husband" to go to a file named "Inbox - husband". This works amazingly
well.

Now, the simplest idea yet is almost certainly to create different accounts
for you and your wife. This is supported under XP and presumably the other
versions (if I remember correctly win2k and 2002 supported it as well).
When you log in you will have your own settings in outlook that are
different from those when your wife logs in.

Kevin.
