Hmmm...when I start to type an address in outlook it assumes one or more
previous address that have been used. I find this very convenient. However,
when I look at my address book it is empty? Are the before mentioned
addresses stored someplace?

Just curious.

Thanks!

Kyle

I think you are describing the N2K nickname file which is a cache of
recently used name/email addresses. Tell us your version if you have any
more questions as TOO much is version specific about Outlook.

Here are some tips about how to post questions:

The version of Outlook?
The auto suggest entries are different & seperate to your Outlook Contacts.
They are stored in a seperate file, not editable, though you can delete
'wrong' addresses

BTW I am using 2003 professional suite. My question is (and I believe it has
been addressed) is can I use the "recently typed addresses" as a data base
for exporting to my blackberry?

Thanks for taking the time to offer help!

Be good,

Kyle

You can obtain a tool that will export the autocompletion cache to a CSV
file. If the Blackberry can import fron that format, then yes. Otherwise,
no.
