Outlook address book

Hi. I recently sent an excel document to everyone in our department of employee contact information. I received an email asking if the list could be populated in outlook address book. Can it be? How? Thank you.
 
Use the Import/Export wizard on the File menu to import the contents of the
Excel file into a contacts folder (you may want to set up a new contacts
folder just for this purpose). The contents of the folder can then be
shared with other employees in one or more ways, depending on your setup,
whether you are using Exchange, etc.
