Please HELP

My computer Crashed and I am in the process of reloading
Win 98 SE.
My additional folders have imported just fine but I
can't get my address book back.
I had copied ( drag an dropped) it to a 3.5" floppy and
copied it back
I tried to import it but get an error message. I went to
import found the WAB file and clicked ok. "an error
occurred in the importing process, the importing process
can't be completed" is the msg I got. I tried to add one
address to the blank and then importing, but it did the
same thing.
The Wab32.dll file is in the "Windows\system folder"
and in the "Program files\Common Files\system" folders and
the Wabmig.exe files are in "Windows" and in "Program
files\Outlook Express". The address file (WAB) is
in "Program files\Outlook Express", and
in "C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{54528160-B40F-
11D5-92F9-9026CEC4372D}\Microsoft\Outlook Express".
Please if you have ANY ideas Please let me know. I
have tried everything I know. I have had to import the
address book about 3 yrs ago when I had to reload, and
didn't have a problem.

Thanks a lot in advance for ANY help you can give me,

Charles Reyner Sr.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook 97, 98, 2000 & 2002 from the Office
family for Windows PCs. For Outlook Express (OE) support try posting in one
of
these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress for OE 4.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgr...blic.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress
for OE 5.5x
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgr...ublic.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
for OE 6.x
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgr...;newsgroupsmicrosoft.public.internet.mail.mac
for the Macintosh version of OE
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgr...ess.mac&SLCID=US&sd=GN&id=fh;en-us;newsgroups

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Also a good source of Outlook Express info can be found here:
