Outlook Address Book Deleted!

I accidently deleted my entire address book, and am
desperate. I've done a search for a .pab file, but cannot
find anything. Help!
 
There is no separate address book file in Outlook that you could have
deleted. What makes you think you did?
Is your Contacts Folder still there?
Post your Outlook version with your reply.
 
I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2000. The Contacts
folder is still there, but there are no names. This
happened during a hotsync with my Palm. There are no
contacts in either the PC or Palm.

So synchronization with a Palm deleted your Contacts?
Do you back up your data?
You need to ask in an activsync group whether they have any solutions for
this.
