Outlook 2000 under Windows XP.

In order to accesses addresses from the Blackberry application I need to
have information in the Outlook Address Book. At present, however, this ios
empty as I store contact information under Contacts.

Any advice on how to 'connect' these two such that Contact information is
available (with updates) in the Outlook Address Book would be appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Thank you. But Contacts appears to be a subdivision of the Outlook Address
Book; and this Blackberry application, I gather, cannot go that deep. There
seems to be no way to tell it to look in Contacts (within Outlook Address
Book). I'll ask my friend to enquire of Blackberry Support, but this is the
information we have received to date.

I'm not familair with the Blackberry software. You could try to set the
Contacts folder as the default address list though. Tools-> Address Book and
in Address Book-> Tools-> Options.

Good Luck!

Do you have Outlook 2000 configured in Internet Mail Only mode or
Corporate/Workgroup mode? If you're not sure, check the second line of Help
| About Microsoft Outlook.
