After upgrading Outlook should have retained your old Personal Folder file
(.pst) with all your information. However, if that has not happened then
you should search for any .pst files on the machine to see if the data is
still available. Use the following steps to locate the .pst file and then
import from that file:
1. Go to Start -> Search.
2. Go to Tools -> Folder Options and select the View tab.
3. Select "Show hidden files and folders" and then Uncheck "Hide extensions
for known file types" and click OK.
4. Select "All files and folders" from the "What do you want to search
for?" menu.
5. In the "All or part of the file name" field put *.pst and click search.
6. If no files are found then the old file must be lost. If more than one
file is found you should be able to tell which one is the old one by
looking at the Date Modified field and see that it will have been last
modified before the upgrade was completed.
7. Now that you have the path to the file you can Open Outlook and select
to Import from a Personal Folder file.
I hope this information is helpful.
