Outlook Addin Error

I have purchased an email parser called Email2DB that is compatible with my
version of Outlook. This parser automatically reads emails from Outlook and
imports them into my Access database. I am having issues thought and keep
receiving the following error:

"Outlook Addin Error:OpenFolder: The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook."

Does anyone have any clue what this is? Restarting outlook does nothing and
all of my settings are just fine.
