Outlook Addin Error at Startup

I transferred my Outlook 2000 files, ME operating system, to a new PC with
XP and Outlook 2003 using XP wizard.

Every time I startup Outlook I receive an error message "C:\Documents and
Settings\My name\Application Data\Microsoft\Addins\C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\SBMSYNC.DLL" is not a valid Office Add-in.
If I click OK, Outlook runs OK.

How can I stop this message?

Neither workarounds worked. I could not find a file Extend.dat and in the
add-in manager there was no Outlook Sync add-in. If I clicked COM Add-ins I
got the same error message.

extend.dat is in a hidden folder at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. You'll need to enable
hidden files and folders:

When searching for files, enable the advanced option to search for hidden
files and folders and system files. In Windows Explorer's Tools, Options,
View, enable the options to show hidden files and folders and system files.
Showing file extensions for registered types is a good idea as well.

sbmsync error

I see some of the questions are a few years old but I had this error recently and found the solution at www.abdn.ac.uk/outlook/tools/index.shtml
Just downloaded the tool for the error and it works great.
