Clean new install of Outlook 2003 leads user to website to install add-ons.
The process ends up with "SBCMSYNC.DLL not a valid office add-in" message
appearing with each opening of Outlook. The rrepair process built into
Outlook does not fix the problem. The clean install process for Office should
NOT give problems like this.
