Outlook account issues

I have a problem with Outlook 2000 on our terminal server.

One user upon login periodically looses their mail account information. It
seems that there really isn't any change to the system or their profile,
just logging in and there is no ability to send e-mail. Upon viewing Tools |
Accounts, the mail account info is usually missing.
So far I have re-installed Office 2000 on the terminal and that seems to
correct the issue temporarily. We initially had this issue with all users,
and due to time constraints abandoned Outlook in favor of outlook express.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Scott

Sorry, Scott, I can't help you with your problem, but I can tell you
that I have the same problem. One user here in a network of 10
people, all of whom use Outlook under Terminal Services, has lost her
account information in Outlook twice. I add it back in, and she is
fine. I have saved her settings as an IAF file to shorten the
recovery time (in case this happens again).

She is on a wireless link (one of two wireless connections on the
network). She has a new system running WinXP Prof connecting to
Windows 2000 Server. Listing what other variables would be helpful in
trying to figure out this problem? I'm having trouble finding
anything unique to this user (aside from the user herself) that might
explain this.

Let me know if you solved your problem or if you have any ideas.

Thanks,
C
