Outlook access

I would like to know if there is a way to set up outlook so that two people
can use one computer to access their separate e-mail accounts. Is there
somewhere they can set up a login?

Yes on the PC, set up each person to have their own Windows Account. See
Windows Control Panel, User accounts.

You can either create two outlook profiles within one windows account or
create two windows accounts.

You can either set up two Windows login accounts (most secure), or one
Windows login account with two Outlook profiles that are not set to use NT
based authentication. Plus you also set the profiles up to prompt for a
password. That way, each user has to double-click Outlook and then are
prompted for their credentials in order open Outlook to their profile.

This is of course dependent upon each user logging out of Outlook when they
have completed their email tasks.
